Thanks Michel. I'd heard of Snip and Snap but never seen them.

This way of making cut-out animals is described in "Des Kindes erstes Beschäftigungsbuch" (1877), "De jonge werkman. Het vlechten" (1881) and "Pleasant Work for Busy Fingers" (1891), which we discussed before (

It is also maintained at the BOS website, which is where I put it after Thok died, with the agreement of his children. I set up his site in the first place.
