I was approached a few years ago to contribute to an origami calendar produced
by this company (Accord
Publishing) and I sent them a few of my designs. We had an exchange of
emails which resulted in my creating and illustrating paper airplanes for this
"fold a day" calendar, released in Autumn 2005. The paper size wasn't
A4, so I had to adapt some of my existing designs and come up with new ones
as well.
The challenge was producing diagrams that fitted on the available space, but
weren't too condensed. Plus they had to fly well! The other designs in the
book were created by the American Kyong
Lee, but I had no contact with him. Here's the official blurb:

I hope it does well - it's attractively packaged and offers good value for
money.
